Wine Cake

Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of this one, but it looks just like the Pistachio Cake below(minus the bright green coloring) =)

Ingredients:

• 1 small box (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding
• 1 box Yellow Cake mix
• 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
• 4 Eggs
• 3/4 cup Cooking Sherry Wine
• 1 teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 300
• Combine Pudding, Cake Mix, Vegetable Oil, Sherry, and Nutmeg in bowl
• Beat Eggs in a small bowl, then add to ingredients
• Blend all ingredients for 1 minute on low speed then Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes
• Pour mix into a greased and floured Angel Food Pan
• Bake for 55 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
• Let cool and remove from pan
• Optional: lightly sprinkle Powdered Sugar on top
